PADSTOW PASTA is made with our own home grown durum wheat. The grain is milled at The Cornish Mill & Bakehouse & the flour is then used in our Italian pasta machine.The pasta produced is 100% wholewheat & has a protein level of 19%. We also sell our own durum wheat flour which is great for pizza bases too & we supply the flour to Jamie Oliver's restaurant Fifteen Cornwall.
