The Butchery

Our award winning butchery is at the heart of the farm shop, and traceability and quality at the fore of everything. 



Our own Tregirls Farm beef, lamb, and pork are all small scale, free range, grass fed atop the cliffs and surrounding fields, and sold exclusively in the shop’s butchery. When it comes to meat, it’s difficult to imagine a more local scenario.



We make our own sausages – the famed Padstow Porkers – on site along with our new Tregirls Free Range Bacon. Our skilled team can prepare any cut of meat you require; they’re always on hand with tips for preparation and cooking, too.
